A countertop remnant can work well for a vanity, laundry counter, small bar or other compact project if the usable piece fits every required part. A remnant is leftover material from a larger slab; its size and shape determine what can be made. It can reduce the material needed for your project, but fabrication, cutouts and installation still need to be quoted.
Measure the whole project
- Bring the counter length and depth, plus any backsplash or side splash pieces.
- Include the sink model and faucet layout so we can check the cutout and clearances.
- Note exposed ends, overhangs and the edge profile you want.
- Tell us about stairs, access and the existing top if removal is part of the job.
Choose from the actual piece
Browse our live Inventory page for available slabs and remnants. Dimensions are a starting point: the shop must confirm usable shape, condition, thickness, finish and vein direction. A long narrow piece may not cover a deep vanity even when its total area seems sufficient.
If the counter needs several pieces, confirm they can all come from the available material. A similar color name does not guarantee that another slab will match its shade or movement.
